Google to Add Multitouch to More Android Apps

At launch, Google’s Nexus One smartphone lacked pinch-to-zoom multitouch gestures in its Web browser, Google Maps and Picture Gallery applications. Google later added that feature to the Nexus One, and will roll it out in a general update. But it’s up to the manufacturer to support it.
